Carbon Revolution has appointed Mark Bernhard and Peter Lewinsky to its board, bringing the total number of directors to seven.
Carbon Revolution CEO Jake Dingle said Mark Bernhard is well known to the automotive industry as a former chairman and managing director of GM Holden.
“Carbon Revolution will benefit enormously from his industry and commercial expertise.”
“Peter Lewinsky, a former investment banker and stockbroker, has significant corporate governance experience through a range of board positions, including with Ambulance Victoria, the Red Cross, TAL Superannuation and Australian Centre for the Moving Image,” he said.
