Every automotive manufacturer is trying to reduce weight. The best place to do this is with unsprung weight such as the wheels. We’ve achieved this with carbon fiber construction at OE-levels of quality and production. In comparison to forged aluminum, Carbon Revolution wheels decrease wheel mass by 40% to 60%: increasing performance and efficiency, reducing NVH, but exceeding strength and durability standards — this is the holy grail. Our OEM partners don’t only desire access to the most advanced wheels on the planet, they also demand scale and quality. To deliver this we are industrializing our proprietary manufacturing processes with a goal to deliver 600,000 wheels a year.
