CARBON REVOLUTION WHEELS ON FERRARI’S FASTEST CAR

Ferrari will fit its fastest car with Carbon Revolution wheels in a strong endorsement of the performance benefits of the unique carbon fibre product.

The Ferrari 488 Pista will boast lightweight, high-performance Carbon Revolution wheels among a string of features and technologies that allow the 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8-powered sportscar to accelerate to 100km/h in a mere 2.8 seconds.

 Carbon Revolution CEO Jake Dingle said this was a fantastic outcome for Carbon Revolution, which allowed the company to showcase its wheels on Ferrari’s fastest car, while also growing its order book to allow increasing economies of scale.

 “As our operations expand, the improved economics will mean that we can make this technology available to a larger market,” he said.

 The Pista 488 was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show on 5 March 2018.
